The Cecaelia

A lesser know cousin of the typical mermaid, usually portrayed as an "evil" counterpart, especially since the Disney's "The little Mermaid" movie. This full body portrait was inspired in some montages made with victorian/edwardian ink artworks. The lace circle in the background was a devianart free brush, but I cannot find the original user who posted it.
